for my our last saturday together in NC we decided to make it a whole day event- which we usually don't do. the best part is we planned it all as the day went on. we slept in, went to the Duke Gardens where i have been wanting to go all summer! and finally convinced Hunter to go with me :) don't worry he ended up liking it just as much as i did.

and it wasn't even the most wonderful time of year full of colors-but still gorgeous and green.
then we headed over to Melissa's to say goodbye to her and the girls. they are so cute i could die. i will miss that cute little family! I'm grateful they are apart of our life now. :) after their house with many waves and "we'll miss you's", we found the closest Cook Out- our favorite place to eat in NC! seriously i don't know why but its SO GOOD.
we came home after going in a huge circle around Durham and Raleigh and went out to lay by the pool! (we want to be tan before winter rolls around) then we went to the mall and browsed, dreaming about all the things we wanted to buy that we can't haha. our friend Braden was with us too.
then we got hungry again, and we never eat out, and i was still full, but it was my last day so we went to this hole in the wall mexican market and got some tacos!! brought me back to my mission days...so yummy...the latinos have got it down.
hunter and i watched Insergent and stayed up as late as we could together before i left at 4am the next morning!
